Aside from our core business designing and building property, we offer a range of project management services. Arvi Pararajasingham CEO and Managing Director of the firm with over 17 years of experience in property development and project management both locally and overseas, personally handles each project undertaken by A & A Property Developers Pty Ltd.

Aych is focussed on delivering highly personalised and tailored Architectural solutions to every client. Through a collaborative relationship, Aych ensures all projects conceived are optimised to achieve meaningful, relevant and considered design resolutions.
AMiD Studio has experience in the industry spanning over 10 years, with a passion for detail and creating spaces which are comfortable and liveable.
